"Relative poverty" intensified in the United States, Japan and Europe
According to reports, the International Labour Organization (ILO) released "World Employment and Social Outlook",shows that poverty is increasing in the developed countries. The proportion of poor people in Japan, the United States and the European Union (EU) are rising. The reason is that with the increase in informal employment, etc, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the ILO urges States to improve the working environment.
