Steel fiber has many processing methods
Steel fiber reinforced concrete are showing good corrosion resistance in the air, sewage
and seawater, exposure in sewage and seawater for 5 years after the test sample
carbonization depth is less than 5mm, steel fiber only surface rust, internal steel fiber and
no rust, unlike ordinaryreinforced concrete reinforcement corrosion, rust layer volume
expansion the concrete cracking.Steel fiber concrete and ordinary concrete in impervious
performance did not change, because the steel fiber concrete crack resistance, good
integrity, and freezethaw resistance, heat resistance,wear resistance, cavitation resistance
and corrosion resistance were improved significantly. Doped with 1.5% steel fiber concrete
after 150 times of freezethaw cycle, the compressive strength andbending strength
decreased by about 20%, while the ordinary concrete other conditions are the same but
decreased more than 60% after 200 times of freezethaw cycle, steel fiber concrete
specimens remain intact. Content is 1%, strength grade of steel fiber concrete abrasion
loss of CF35 is 30% lower than that of ordinary concrete. High strength concrete mixed
with 2% steel fiber reinforced highstrength concrete anti cavitation ability than the other
conditions are the sameincrease 1.4 times.
