The welded gabion box adopts the high-quality low carbon steel wire, which is conducted with the projection welding processing for forming by automated, precise, and accurate mechanical equipments in strict accordance with BS1052:1986, EN/BS10244-2 standard, and then conducted with the surface passivation and plastification processing by adopting the technology of electro galvanizing, hot dip galvanizing, PVC coated , and zinc-Al 5% coated etc. The electric-welding gabion box uses the spiral binding wires to assemble and compress the front and rear plates, base plate, and diaphragms after welding forming, and then packs with the covering plate. The folded and bound gabion box is an independent entity. The welded gabion box has particularly wide application, which is mainly used in external packing of park landscape modeling, building facades, and commercial buildings.
