what is aspect ratio
Aspect ratio: it is length/diameter, the aspect ratio is very important, steel fiber aspect ratio is larger, then if the same weight, the quantity of steel fiber is more. So same volume concrete mixed same dosage steel fiber, there are more action points if the aspect ratio is higher. Usually the aspect ratio is between 44 to 80.
In order to induce the risk of gobbet, the fibers can be made with a high aspect ratio(length/diameter) which leads to high dispersion at low dosage.
