Retarding superplasticizer, compounded by superplasticizer as main material, retarder, Plasticity-maintaining agent and several surfactants, has high water-reducing ratio, good plasticizing performance, and long workability advantages to be suitable for large volume concrete, roller compacted concrete and high temperature construction engineering with special concrete requirement.★Technical parameter
●Recommended power dosage 0.7-1.5%,liquid dosage 2-3%, the water-reducing ratio≥12%
●The concrete setting time can be postponed 8-10 hours at 30℃ after using
●The concrete strength enhanced abviously:7d≥130%,28d≥120%
●It can postpone the cement hydration hardening speed, reduce the hydration heat and temperature stress, and effectively avoid the concrete cracks
●Improve concrete workability, enhance concrete impermeability and frost resistance performance
●Excluding chlorine, low alkali, wide adaptability to various kinds of cement
Application
●Add the powder product and cement in the mixer at the same time, and extend the mixing time 30-60s.
●The product can be used after the cement adaptability test qualified when cement coagulant is anhydrite or industrial waste
Packaging and Storage
●Packing: powder, use the plastic bag with lining package,25kg/per bag. Liquid, use sealing packing,220kg/per barrel,1000kg/per tank or bulk transportation
●Storage: guarantee period one year. If reaching its expiration date, please inspect and test the product before using. Avoid direct sunlight, pay attention to damp proof and waterproof
