GK-3A Accelerator(powder)Accelerator as gray powder admixture modified by aluminum oxygen chamotte, sodium carbonate, adjusting setting agent can promote the cement fast setting and hardening, to get high early strength but not affect final strength. It is a more ideal admixture for shotcrete and mortar plasticizer at present in China
★The main technical parameter
●Recommended powder dosage is 4-5% of cement, initial setting time:2-4min,final setting time:〈8min.
●At the appropriate dosage, cement mortar compressive strength(1day)≧7.0Mpa,(28days) ≧80%
●Wide adaptability for various kinds of cement, low rebound rate
★Application
●Calculate and confirm the optimal additive dosage by adaptable testing before using
●The ratio of water and cement should be controlled between 0.3-0.5.It will affect product workability if too large water and cement ratio
●It should be taken early curing for concrete to ensure the smoothly hydration reaction after using.
●Increase additive dosage appropriately if long storage of cement or poor condition of construction
★Package and Storage
●Package: Use the plastic bag with lining package,25kg/per bag
●Storage: Avoiding damp due to damaged package, handling carefully during transportation. The product should be stored in good ventilation and dry warehouse. Validity period:5 months.
